How PrimeGuard Orders Are Fulfilled

PrimeGuard Supplies is the retailer and your point of contact before and after purchase. We use supplier-supported fulfilment so that we can offer a broad collector-supplies range without holding every product at our Queensland business address.

Where products are dispatched from

Renniks-supplied products

These products are dispatched through Renniks’ Australian dropship service on behalf of PrimeGuard Supplies. They are offered to supported addresses in Australia and the United States, subject to stock and an applicable checkout rate.

BCW products for Australia

BCW products for Australian orders are sourced through our suppliers and dispatched onward from Raceview, Queensland. Products are offered subject to stock availability and a supported delivery address.

BCW products for the United States

BCW products for United States orders are dispatched by BCW Supplies from Middletown, Indiana, United States. Delivery is offered to supported addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, subject to stock availability. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and armed-forces postal addresses are excluded.

Palms Off Gaming products

Palms Off Gaming products are dispatched from Raceview, Queensland, and are currently offered for Australian delivery only.

Delivery included and other shipping charges

  • BCW to Australia: standard delivery is included where the product page explicitly states that Australian delivery is included, including BCW Currency Sleeves – Large Bill – 100 Pack (1-SSLV-LB). There is no minimum order value or additional standard delivery charge for those products. Other BCW products delivered to Australia have A$14.95 flat shipping, with free shipping from A$149.
  • BCW to the contiguous United States: the displayed US price includes standard delivery to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC, with no minimum order value or additional BCW standard delivery charge. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and armed-forces postal addresses are excluded.
  • Palms Off Gaming to Australia: the displayed Australian price includes standard delivery, with no minimum order value or additional Palms standard delivery charge.
  • Renniks to Australia: A$18.95 flat shipping, with free shipping from A$149.
  • Renniks to the United States: US$14.95 flat shipping, with free shipping from US$149.

Flat shipping rates are not per-item charges. Rates and free-shipping thresholds apply to the relevant shipping profile. An item with delivery included does not automatically make the entire order free to ship: other products in a mixed order remain subject to their applicable charges. Delivery estimates

All timings below are estimates in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Palms Off Gaming to Australia: allow 4–7 business days overall, comprising 1–2 business days handling plus 3–5 business days carrier transit.
  • Renniks to Australia: allow 4–7 business days overall, comprising 1–2 business days handling plus 3–5 business days carrier transit.
  • BCW to Australia: allow 8–12 business days overall, comprising 4–5 business days handling plus 4–7 business days transit, including any onward delivery within Australia.
  • BCW within supported United States zones: allow 6–8 business days overall: 4–5 days handling plus 2–3 days delivery.
  • Renniks to the United States: 1–2 days handling plus 6–17 days carrier transit (7–19 days overall).

These estimates apply to available products and are not guaranteed arrival dates. A back-order or item-specific supply notice takes precedence.

BCW address requirement: physical street addresses only. No PO Box delivery for BCW products.

PrimeGuard remains responsible for customer support

Questions about availability, delivery, returns, damage, missing items, incorrect products or warranty support should be directed to PrimeGuard Supplies. Do not send a return to PrimeGuard, BCW, Renniks or another supplier until we have authorised the return and provided the correct destination.

Mixed and split orders

Where practical, products from different suppliers may be consolidated at Raceview and shipped together. Consolidation is not guaranteed: products that cannot reasonably be packed together or are dispatched separately by a fulfilment partner may arrive in separate parcels, with more than one tracking number and on different days.

Products from different shipping profiles may have combined shipping charges, even when one item includes delivery. The charge applicable to the complete cart is shown before payment. We will not add a shipping charge after checkout without first contacting you and obtaining your agreement.

Prices, currency and delivery country

The products, currency, prices and shipping options displayed depend on the delivery country selected on the website. The applicable product total, shipping charge and taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment.

Stock availability

We take reasonable steps to align the website with supplier information. If supplier stock changes after an order is placed and a product cannot be supplied, PrimeGuard Supplies will contact the customer about waiting for supply, an agreed alternative, removal and refund of the unavailable item where the remainder can proceed, or cancellation and refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a product or increase a charge without agreement.
