How PrimeGuard Orders Are Fulfilled

PrimeGuard Supplies is the retailer and your point of contact before and after purchase. We use supplier-supported fulfilment so that we can offer a broad collector-supplies range without holding every product at our Queensland business address.

Where products are dispatched from

Renniks-supplied products

These products are dispatched through Renniks’ Australian dropship service on behalf of PrimeGuard Supplies. They are offered to supported addresses in Australia and the United States, subject to stock and an applicable checkout rate.

BCW products

BCW products are dispatched by BCW Supplies from Middletown, Indiana, United States. They are offered to Australia and supported United States addresses, subject to stock and an applicable checkout rate.

PrimeGuard remains responsible for customer support

Questions about availability, delivery, returns, damage, missing items, incorrect products or warranty support should be directed to PrimeGuard Supplies. Do not send a return to PrimeGuard, BCW, Renniks or another supplier until we have authorised the return and provided the correct destination.

Mixed and split orders

An order containing products from different fulfilment locations may be dispatched in separate parcels. It may have more than one tracking number and the parcels may arrive on different days. The shipping charge applicable to the complete cart is shown before payment.

Prices, currency and delivery country

The products, currency, prices and shipping options displayed depend on the delivery country selected on the website. The applicable product total, shipping charge and taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout before payment.

Stock availability

We take reasonable steps to align the website with supplier information. If supplier stock changes after an order is placed and a product cannot be supplied, PrimeGuard Supplies will contact the customer about waiting for supply, an agreed alternative, removal and refund of the unavailable item where the remainder can proceed, or cancellation and refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a product or increase a charge without agreement.
